How to connect these to a new device?
-Turn off the Bluetooth Setting of original paired device.
-Turn on the Bluetooth Setting of another device.
-Search again for the pairing name "T12 Pro" and click to connect.
What's in the packaging? Is charging cable included?
The package comes with a charging cable, user manual, charging case and earbuds.
How do I pair the headset with my phone?
Pls take the earbuds out of the case and turn on the Bluetooth on your device, search and choose "T12 Pro".
When it shows "Connected", it means that they are connected successfully.
After connected it the first time, the earbuds will automatically pair with the device the next time you turn them on.
