Will they not fall while running? I want to use while running.

What is the maximum Distance you can be far from the phone and the earbuds keep working?
To make sure they can connect well, we suggest you could keep them in a 10 meters distance(without barrier).
Can I take them into the shower?
These earbuds are IPX7 Waterproof. They are good for outdoor sports and long workouts.
But sorry, we didn't suggest to use them in the shower.
